ADAPT
ADAPT is a no-profit organization founded in 2000 by Prof. Marco Biagi with the aim of promoting, from an international and comparative perspective, studies and researches in the field of labour law and industrial relations and supporting the right to access to study and work of young and vulnerable people. Adapt aims as well to support the creation of a network of ongoing relations between universities, employers' associations and trade unions, institutions and companies, in order to promote a new approach to university, higher education and research and to promote social inclusion and access to labour market of vulnerable workers and young workers. It is also authorized by Italian Ministry of Labour as operator for placement services providing for free and social support services to unemployed and disadvantaged people and vulnerable workers. ADAPT promotes an International Doctoral school, organizes Master's degrees in cooperation with Universities and fosters the internationalization of its higher education programs through on-going cooperation with foreign Universities and research centres. ADAPT has stipulated partnerships at national and international level creating a network of ongoing relations between organizations, research centres and Universities worldwide. In cooperation with these organizations, ADAPT organizes or co-organizes at least three international conferences every year.
