Since 1991 full time officer at CISL Nazionale - Confederazione Italiana Sindacati Lavoratori - Labour Market Department

Her main activities and responsibilities are monitoring the progress of Labour Market policies; evaluation of the impacts of the employment government policies; designing of proposals about the themes mentioned above; technical advice in negotiations; training activities for the Union’s management; managing relationships with the Ministry of Labour and with the regional and local headquarters of the Union.

She deals with the monthly 'Observatory on layoffs, employment and active labour policies’.

From 1998 to 2009 she was member of the National Coordination Committee of Alai - Cisl (Associazione Lavoratori Atipici e interinali)

From 1993 to 1995 she was member of the Comitato Nazionale Pari Opportunità.

She has attended at several Research Activities. Since 1995 she attends to The annual publication “The employees guide”, published in italian ,Casa Editrice Edizioni Lavoro
