Caragnano Roberta

ADAPT Reaserch Senior Fellow and Research Fellow at the Marco Biagi Centre for International and Comparative Studies (CSMB), University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. She obtained a PhD in Labour Relations from the International Doctoral School in Labour Relations, ADAPT - Marco Biagi Foundation, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

She is general coordinator of LIBRA project.

She is Editor in chief of the Journal Diritto delle Relazioni Industriali (published by Giuffrè, Milan) and member of the editorial board of the book series ADAPT- Centro Studi Marco Biagi (published by Giuffrè, Milan). She serves as a Lawyer and is the Director of the ADAPT online Observatory on Equal Opportunity as well as the Co-director of the ADAPT- CISL online Observatory “Equal at Work”. She is advisor and consultant on equal opportunities in Italy for the European Commission within the EPEC. She has authored numerous articles and publications in the field of labour law, equal opportunities and workers’ participation.
