Un nuovo modo di “fare Università”. ADAPT opera grazie al generoso sostegno dei propri soci, che sono coinvolti, in una logica di partenariato, nelle molteplici attività dell'associazione. I soci beneficiano gratuitamente delle pubblicazioni realizzate da ADAPT , partecipano a convegni e seminari riservati sulle tematiche di maggiore attualità nel panorama lavoristico, sono in contatto diretto con esperti della materia per un confronto tecnico continuo e trovano nei ricercatori di ADAPT dei validi interlocutori sulle problematiche inerenti le proprie realtà.

A New Approach to Academic Research. With a view to promoting a new approach to academic research, ADAPT operates with the support of its partners who believe in the value of the research activities carried out by young researchers. Partners are fully involved in the activities of the association, as they receive for free all the publications issued by ADAPT , take part in conferences and seminars focusing on the most topical issues in the field of Labour Law and Industrial Relations and have ongoing exchanges with labour relations experts who provide them with constant technical support. ADAPT researchers represent a point of reference for businesses and market operators with regard to specific labour-related issues.
