Laureata in Giurisprudenza con Lode presso l’Università di Bologna, con tesi in Diritto del Lavoro Avanzato dal titolo “Il lavoro povero e le misure di contrasto”.

Da giugno 2025 aderisce al programma “La fabbrica dei talenti” promosso dalla Fondazione ADAPT.
E’ autrice di contributi pubblicati nel Bollettino ADAPT su diversi temi: La Legge 3 ottobre 2025, n. 149: il riconoscimento dell’obesità come malattia cronica (Salute e sicurezza); Per una storia della contrattazione collettiva in Italia/286 – Il rinnovo del CCNL Edilizia Artigianato e Per una storia della contrattazione collettiva in Italia/285 – Il rinnovo del CCNL Cooperative metalmeccaniche e impiantistiche (Contrattazione collettiva e Relazioni industriali); Riusciremo a superare la crisi demografica? Le prospettive occupazionali del Rapporto OCSE 2025 (Demografia e lavoro).

Ha contribuito attivamente all’elaborazione di ricerche sull’orario di lavoro condotte all’interno dell’offerta formativa: laboratorio di scuola per la redazione del commentario al rinnovo del CCNL industria metalmeccanica; esercizio sulla regolazione collettiva dell’orario di lavoro nel settore del terziario di mercato; esercizio sulla regolazione collettiva dell’orario di lavoro e del lavoro agile negli accordi di rinnovo del 2025.

Ha inoltre partecipato a corsi di formazione promossi dalla Fondazione ADAPT, tra cui: Appalti pubblici e contrattazione collettiva: profili pratici e operativi; Legge di bilancio 2026: le principali misure lavoristiche; Retribuzione e welfare in azienda: forme, incentivi e prassi.

Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in Advanced Labor Law entitled “Poor labor and measures to combat it.”

Since June 2025, she has been participating in the “La fabbrica dei talenti” (The Talent Factory) program promoted by the ADAPT Foundation.

She is the author of articles published in the ADAPT Bulletin on various topics: Law No. 149 of October 3, 2025: the recognition of obesity as a chronic disease (Health and Safety); A history of collective bargaining in Italy/286 – The renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Construction and Crafts and For a history of collective bargaining in Italy/285 – The renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Metalworking and Plant Engineering Cooperatives (Collective Bargaining and Industrial Relations); Will we be able to overcome the demographic crisis? The employment prospects of the 2025 OECD Report (Demography and Labor).

He has actively contributed to research on working hours conducted as part of the training program: school workshop for the drafting of the commentary on the renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the metalworking industry; exercise on the collective regulation of working hours in the market services sector; exercise on collective regulation of working hours and flexible working in the 2025 renewal agreements.

She has also participated in training courses promoted by the ADAPT Foundation, including: Public procurement and collective bargaining: practical and operational profiles; 2026 Budget Law: the main labor measures; Remuneration and welfare in companies: forms, incentives, and practices.
